World's First Handheld RGB Laser Dazzler

The casing of this SG-RGB003 is similar to that of the SG4580 and SG4590.
This RGB laser is made using a laser array, unlike traditional RGB lasers. There are two versions of this RGB laser, each using a different laser array: NICHIA NUMM36 or NICHIA NUMM37. They have different prices. RGB lasers made using NUMM37 laser arrays are more expensive.
Attention: This is a customized handmade RGB Laser, which doesn't support returns and exchanges. So please think twice before placing an order. (The production time is generally 7-9 days.)
This RGB laser has 2 different versions as follows.
1. RGB Laser(using NUMM36 laser array) has 20 laser beads.
These 20 laser beads are arranged in four rows. The first row has five green laser beads, totaling 7W. The second row has five blue laser beads, totaling 20W. The third and fourth rows each have five red laser beads, totaling 13.5W.
Total: 40.5W
The power of Red 643nm is 13.5W
The power of Green 525nm is 7W
The power of Blue 465nm is 20W
(According to official data from NICHIA, the Red 643nm is 25W, the Green 525nm is 8W, and the Blue 465nm is 25W. Please refer to the test data from our engineers.)
2. RGB Laser(using NUMM37 laser array) has 28 laser beads.
These 28 laser beads are arranged in four rows. The first row has 7 green laser beads, totaling 10W. The second row has 7 blue laser beads, totaling 28W. The third and fourth rows each have 7 red laser beads, totaling 28W.

(The above data are from laboratory tests. The optical power of a laser is affected by many factors, such as drive current, operating temperature, power supply voltage, heat dissipation capacity, optical loss, and testing equipment.)
This laser uses constant current drive and automatically adapts to the current. The optical radiation power is measured using the current testing method, with TC measured at 25℃. (1. TC: Case Temperature. A standard term in semiconductor optoelectronic devices, referring to the temperature of the measurement point on the heat sink (heat platen) of the device package. The laser diode is mounted on a copper heat sink; TC is the temperature of the heat sink substrate.) Portable lasers, due to their limited heat dissipation capabilities, cannot compare to large machines with forced water cooling/active air cooling.

The operating mode of this RGB laser is as follows:
1. Long Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to turn on the device. (duty cycle 30%) (The default brightness upon startup is 20%.)
2. After turning on, press again to 60% brightness, and then press again for 100% to brightness . Holding down the button allows for simultaneous stepless dimming of all 3 outputs( Green, red and blue)
3. Short Press+Long Press:
The short-press and long-press sequence is: Green, Red, Blue-Blue, Green-Red, Red-Green, Blue-Green-Red, cycling in a 1/9-second interval.
4. Double Click the button: Strobe mode
(1)The green laser in the first row: Double-clicking the button will randomly flash at a frequency of 10-26Hz per second, with a random duty cycle of 10-20%.
(2) The blue laser in the second row: Double-clicking the button will randomly flash at a frequency of 10-26Hz per second, with a random duty cycle of 10-20%.
(3) The red laser in the third and the fourth row: Double-clicking the button will randomly flash at a frequency of 10-26Hz per second, with a random duty cycle of 10-20%.
5. Press 3 times quickly to shut down the device
6. Regarding the temperature control and protection system:
When the temperature reaches 46℃, the current of the red laser automatically adjusts to 60% of its original level. When the temperature reaches 50℃-54℃, the power of the blue and green lasers automatically drops to 70% of its original level. When the temperature reaches 55℃, all three lasers flash simultaneously 6 times per second. After a cumulative flashing time of 4 seconds, the device will automatically shut down.
7. When the battery level is below 10.8V, all three lasers will flash simultaneously 3 times per second, and after a cumulative flashing time of 4 seconds, the device will automatically shut down.
After the temperature drops, you can press and hold the button for 4 seconds to restart.
Warning: While this laser can be used for self-defense or security, please do not point its strobe mode at others unless you are in danger. Its strobe mode can cause dizziness or vomiting. Unauthorized use will result in legal trouble.
Reminder: It is common sense that the higher the power, the greater the heat generated.
If you feel the temperature is too high during use, you should turn off the laser in a timely manner. Start it again after it cools down.
1. Please do not look directly at the laser at any time. It is best to wear goggles when using.
2. Please fully charge the batteries before use.
3. Reminder:Never reverse the positive(+) and negative(-) terminals of the battery, Please install the batteries in the right direction. The discharge capacity of the three batteries inside exceeds 200A.
4.Battery Direction: Negative (-) side of batteries points to the spring.(The battery rack is also marked with positive(+) and negative(-) poles, please check carefully.)
We will pack the batteries in advance when shipping. We have placed insulation pads on both sides of the positive(+) and negative terminals(-) of the battery and the battery bracket. After receiving the package, please tear off the insulation sheet and reinstall the batteries. Once again, please do not reverse the positive(+) and negative(-) terminals of the batteries.
